its weird no matter what i try i never have a problem sleepin. of course i have yet to go the injectable route but ive taken a lot of other stuff over time. . . . maybe your a night owl like me. . . i sleep perfectly from around 7am to about 1pm but if i try to sleep at night like normal people i just toss and turn all night. . . just a thought

haha i fell asleep at around 1 last night and woke up at 10 a.m. 9 hours of beautiful sleep lol i opened my window as it got into the low 50's last night and i slept like a fuggin baby. sorry guys not trying to rub it in or anything hehe.

Went to bed at 3am after watching Casino Royale and got up at 9:30--the first time. Fell back asleep at 11 and got back up at 1pm. Effexor sucks. I tried to get off but the sides were horrible, so next time I see the doc I am gonna see about something else. Effexor makes me jittery and if I take it in the day it makes me feel like a zombie. I don't get it.

yeah have them switch you to something else bro. You tried lexapro? it makes me feel great not drowsy or anything just keeps me calm and took out all my anxiety pretty much.

just got a new script for ambien. I look forward to sleeping tonight. The ED sides will suck, it will be worth it as its been weeks since I slept well.
