Small Amounts of Crystallization in Anavar

Being that this anavar is oral, would it be ok to take it when it falls slightly out of solution? If not, I would like to here some reasons why it would not be safer to take.

I never succeed to have a full dilution of anavar.

Wonder if peg expires cause I made aromasin the same way I made it before and now it won't stay In Solution where before solid solution for months
