Have you tried Glenny's Soy Crisps? They satisfy my need for crunch, and they're pretty low in carbs (plus they have that healthy soy!). My favorite are the apple cinnamon, but they also make plain and onion/garlic. Also found a new snack at the Mr. O expo - Power Crunch bars. They're like those wafer cookies we had as kids, only with good protein. And less than 200 calories a bar. I found them available online at RealDealNutrition.
