I am 3 weeks post cycle from T3 (cytomel) and I am constantly tired. I mention the T3 first, cause in my mind, I think that is the culprit. I have been getting more sleep than usual, and I could nap mid day without problem. My workouts have suffered a bit, as my energy is low. I can push myself to move the iron, but I walk out without hitting cardio right now, as I am fatigued. I am wondering if I am in a lapse period before my own thyroid kicks back into full gear. Anyone else suffer these issues post T3? I have increased my carbs also just to make sure I have the fuel in the tank when needed.

I had some problems with fatigue myself. First hard cycling, then t3. Only thing i can suggest it picking up some good cycle support and such. your body probley needs time as mind did to get things rolling again.

My thyroid is messed up as is, and since ive been on the t4 im feeling alot better. I think fatigue is something that isnt unusual with t3 tho

Im sure its not much different coming off of t3 as a cycle. The body has to more or less reset itself and I would guess the natural reaction to being "overloaded" is for the pituitary to produce less naturally. Im sure it will reregulate and you will feel better. I can tell you when I miss my synthroid a couple days I can barely get out of bed and see spots all in my line of vision.

Big JC,

I would guess its the T3 to...I think your natural levels are probably low, so I would give it a few weeks for it to kick in..Kelp could help with bringing up your natural T3 levels...

JC,

i think anymore now you can get kelp at all supplement stores, along with walgreens and walmart..Pretty inexpensive to now...I have a natty friend that really believes in it...He really thinks it helps him get leaner...
