SYNTHOL IS AN INTEGRAL NEED TO UTILIZE OIL (SEO) For any BODYBUILDER.. other than that. It does truly serve zero purpose. I haven't used it YET but I know I will. I will HAVE to. We all know there is way more to this than just "don't use synthol". Come on guys. The oil forms a long lasting BOLUS in the muscle and stretches the fascia, but its still a BOLUS of oil inside the body. Any bacteria gets in there and its a bloodbath. The bacteria will thrive and necrotize the tissue. Yes, you have to be a little crazy. I used it the first time while recovering from my pec tear surgery and was fucked up on pain meds. I'll do it again while recovering from this surgery.

Not really....I know an IFBB Pro I asked about his synthol use(he used none)...his response "between his weekly 10cc(eth, cyp or sos), 7-10cc prop & 5-10cc(deca, eq or tren)...he had no more room to put oil...LOL
