Here are a few pics of my gym in Burlington, Iowa. I invited Zeus to come and train there and he took the pics for me.

Firt pic is the end of the dumbell rack, 5lbs to 225lbs dumbell in 5lbs increasments. On the floor is the 250lbs dumbell...

second pic is the main gym floor. Full of Hammer, Flex, Icarian, Life Fitness, Cybex and Bodymaster equipment.

third pic is part of the leg area. We have, a 90 degree leg press, super squat, Nebula leg press, BodyMaster leg press, Hack Squat machine, Plate loaded lung machines, a few squat racks, tons and tons of plates everywhere. They are all over, you have to step on them or over them half the time...Alot of times, you will see people lung back and forth here, or push around the football sled, or pull one. All kinds of items for everyone here. Strongman stones, farmer walk, ect, ect...it's prob the best gym in the state.

I did back at sportworx yesterday and I gta say my back is the sorest it has been for years. They had back machines there that i have only seen in videos and magazines. This is by far the BEST gym I have ever had the pleasure of training at. They have the exact same leg press that ronnie coleman leg pressed 2500lbs on. The wife and I are really considering joining. $240 for a 16 month membership and its 24hr.

Great gym, love all the raw iron. Question: on your dumbells, on the right you have what looks like solid dumbells right? I have some of those in my gym and I want to sell them off and go to pro style. Dont you find that the edges cut into the rubber flooring?

im sure they do, but at my gym we will just replace the rubber flooring. They are just sheets of rubber. I think they have replacement one's in the one of the closets...

Yes thats true, in my gym the dumbells are located on the 2 foot interlock or puzzled rubber mats that are rather expensive to keep replacing. The 4 by 6 foot sheets are cheaper and actually seem to last longer. I found an ag supplier that got me those 4 x 6 ones much cheaper. They are used in barns esp. for expensive race horses

I think my gym uses stuff similar to what the railroads use. At least that's what we have on the deadlift platform and it's held up for YEARS.
