Stagnation?? Overtraining

I've notice after 3 days of training hard, if I go a fourth day my work outs suck. No intensity no pump. I really do believe 3 days and you need a break specially after training legs. What do you guys think?

Ive heard of some guys training 8-9 days in a raw. When on gear you body can handle that. But I've juiced to the gills and still feel like shit the 4 th day I train.
 
Rest, stretch, massages... We not growing in the gym, workout are just stimuli, we grow when resting.
 
I can train sometimes 7-10 days in a row super heavy, super high volume on absolutely nothing. Your body has to get acclimated to high volume. I would probably recommend lots of rest for a bber though. But for strength, you can really benefit from the volume.
 
I have to train 5 days in a row due to home life (weekends off for family) and on Friday im about out of gas. I have even skipped leg day just to get that extra day of rest and I still can feel dead tired.
