The reps don't have stars and I thinkk you need say 50 or 100 posts to get your 1st star

It is a rating system for members(MC staff have titles).
Here is the breakdown per posts-
1 star -50
2 stars- 100
3 stars- 200
4 stars- 300
5 stars- 500
