no big changes . still sticken to 2 on 1 0ff for the most part at 40 to 60 mcg.
gains are slow and steady strength is good.
i read that ZMA is good to take with igf somewhere so i started taking it before bed.i slept 10 hours i havent slept more than 8 in years so i think ill keep that up.
