Im just looking to hone up on grappling, arm bars, pressure points.... Only interested in real world shit. none of that ok, hold your arm up and ill grab it bullshit.

Im way to old to compete. Im just basically doing it cause i dont want to get my ass kicked while bouncing. Got a gym im headed to tomorrow.

Kinda excited.
 
cool deal man shit will keep you in shape as well. Let us know how the first day goes im betting you almost puke your ass off haha :) i know i probably would.
 
Gud luck man....I personally would love to get into some mixed martial arts training just to keep in shape and have that skill if i everneeded it outside the gym......
 
yeah, im also wondering how over heated ill get with the dnp. Ill just keep a couple gallons of water near by.

I quit a long time ago cause i never needed it. But, now..... We get in fights daily, so... i need something.
 
fuck that dude if i bounced a place where we got into fisticus everynight i would drop that shit no matter what the pay. Just not worth it to me sooner or later something bad is bound to happen bottle to the head, broke hand, even worse, ive bounced chill places but never anything too extreme.
 
yeah, this is a chill place compared to down town detroit. Down there, you end up dead.... the strip clubs are always looking for new bouncers...lol
 
look into Greco Roman and Small circle jui-jitsu...found those two to be quite effective for bouncing

main thing is contact. I want full on contact.
 
Take a small ice chest with you and put some bandana's in the bottom with ice on top and some water. On breaks take the bandana and rap it around your throat you would be surprised how good this is for cooling the blood on the two main arteries. It really does a good job of cooling the body. If your gonna still be on the DNP i would do somethin cause you may be getting too hot in there.
 
Make sure you do double the warm up of everyone else as you are probably twice as strong. And a point of advice from someone who does it just about daily. Hapkido is good to incorporate as well. As soon as I know shit is going south. I slam or shoot in for a takedown (face plant) and then break an arm or a leg minimum. I don't fight... I know I'm going to win, so I just end it before I get injured. Can't keep everything warm all the time.
 
well, i dropped the dnp. So ill be fine bothers!! I cant wait to incorporate some of this shit
