Sterilization and loading pins

I never reuse needles and syringes. I use one needle to draw out the stuff and switch to a fresh one for injection.
Then dump after use. I have a spray bottle of 70-90 percent alcohol that I spray the area and hands, vials etc.

The only pins I reuse are slins, i use the old one to preload the new one therefore I never take the cap off the new one until ready.

Also i saw my doc and his nurse preloaded pins in his office she never wiped the vials that she kept in her pouch all mixed up which i thought was odd...

How is your procedure ...

wash my hands, wipe alcy on the vial then take the syringe out take cap off, withdraw gear, cap back on, switch needles, alcy area on body, shoot.

Im not understanding your slin pin procedure? So you reuse them just to preload or what? I wouldnt reuse anything even slins.

Yes, regarding the used slins I just use them once afterword. I use the old one to puncture the vials draw the mixtures out. Then take out the plunger from the new one shoot the substance from the old one in the new slin. Put back the plunger on the new slin. Tap until the air gets to top get it out. Then I got a new uncapped sharp slin. This avoids dulling the slin.

That about sums it up for me, If I draw from two vials, I'll use the same pin to draw.

as i said in my first post my docs nurses technique is questionable, just because someone is a doc doesn't mean they care or cannot forget procedures.

Well are we talking about peptides for you or gear? Most slin pins your not able to remove the needle to switch out so thats understandable. However 25 gauge and lower i would always switch to a new needle. Look at the thread i started with this is what a needle looks like after use, thats what your jamming into your muscle tissue.

I use the slin pins for igf, and 23's and 25's for the gear. I'm only going on my second dose of gear, so not too much experience with those... but so far, it didn't hurt.

Yeah they still dont hurt on me either but those little unsharp barbs and points on the needles just create a bit more scar tissue in there then you would normally have. Thats one thing i dont need anymore of lol.

I gotcha. Makes sense. lol. I'll have to start switching the ends out when I draw and shoot. Let me ask this... will you reuse the "draw" pin over and over, or do you get rid of it after one draw?

Negative should use new everytime, the needle has been exposed, so bacteria could start growing in it etc, then you draw with that needle and the bacteria goes in the gear you are about to shoot. I always just buy like 100 22g 1 inch pins and a box of 100 23g 1.5'' or 100 25g 1'' so i just have the needle tip to discard and not going through so many syringes.
