I gotta say, that for the first time in years and years. I feel strong as an ox...I have been hitting PR for myself all month long, and i keep breaking them as the month goes on.
some movements that have been really up
smythe front press - 320lbs for 6 reps (counting only weight)
Dumbell flat bench press - 140 x 6
Hammer pullovers - 320 x 8 (counting only plates)
Dumbell Pin Wheel curls - 85 x 10 reps (single arm)
those are some of the main movements that really have gone up this month. Ofcourse other movements have gone up really well, and im always pretty strong on legs...But these movements are some of the best weight i have moved in years and years...I think if my elbow wasnt so messed up, I could do more on my presses...but it is what it is...
