Its way to much to train such a small muscle every day for 1-2 weeks, HOWEVER...u can get away with hitting them hard 2-3 times per week for a couple weeks and as for the igf, i would apply it there every day, switching back and forth every other day between delts. make sure to get plenty of glutamine in daily for recovery and lets see how this helps, I wouldnt mind hearing ur results after the 2 weeks were up
