Wow, heres an update. After consuming 2 gallons of milk for all those straight days I'm dying. I've switched over (quick) to a cutter style diet and am craving bad. I have some junkfood here and it looks like a naked pornstar. I've switched to an Atkins style diet. Do you all have any advice? Would cheating some and eating alot of none sugar related carbs help ween me off? Its not that I can't stand it but its enough to give me a headache.
