Sunday bros - working out???

but i was saying havent missed a sunday workout in months, there are somedays that i have to make up...

mostly its like this:
sun: all parts of leg/abs
mon: bis/tris/forearms
tues:chest/abs/ cardio
wed: shoulders/calves (cardio if no cardio on tues.)
thurs:back/quick bi's
fri:almost always off
sat: usually off but sometimes abs & cardio

depending on work and school, i have to flip minor things around like cardio/abs/ or make up a workout on fri or sat.
 
did DC (B) training today.
legs seemed like a crappy workout, but now Im feeling it.
 
I had to take the weekend off. More because i think i've overtrained a little. I think i messed my shoulders up last friday...well, had more to do with the heavy lifting for about a month now... but they dont feel well.

maybe its just be, but losing 20lbs of fat on a reduced calorie diet while continuing to train heavy doesnt makes my joints feel any better.
