Allright... ive noticed that since I bought lipo-6 the other day and stacked it with 25 mg ephedrine, its been a lethal combination for killing the fat around my stomach because of the Yohimbine HCL... now i remember seeing on a site when I was ordering a case of Redline RTDs that it had a little side box that said "Works well with: then said lipo-6" then named off a few others supplements. If I take 2 caps of lipo b4 breakfast with ephedrine, 2 before lunch with ephedrine, and about 3 hours later ~ 3 pm take a Redline RTD with an ephedrine, do you guys think that this is overkill and i should take off the lipo6/eph dose b4 lunch and just go with the RTD before work @ 3? :sick: ahhh yes... and i took someones advice ( i dont remember who ) on supplementing a Chromium Picolinate 500mg Timed Release with my multi, e, and c.
 
To me it doesnt matter if you stack the ephedrine with lipo-6 or redline........Ultimately you get similar results and it boils down as to what you like best.
 
As to going overboard, I've seen people do much more. Always be careful and listen to your body. The amounts of things I've seen people take I would never even think about doing half, it just depends on how the body responds. Take it slow.
 
I did some pretty serious damage to my kidneys a couple of years ago on supps along those lines...the guys are right, you've got to listen to your body more than anything. Otherwise, you could be in for a world of HURT!

so be careful, drink lots and lots of water and listen to your body. If your'e responding no need to keep adding, just keep doing what you're doing bro and good luck

Right now im running 30-35 mins cardio 3-4wk. Lifting the other 3. Gonna run some clen 2 wk on 2 off. and and eca in between. should this do the trick to get rid of the bf around my stomach if im on top of my diet?
 
Just gotta be careful when stackin supps at once...they do take a toll on your organs...Just start it out slow, i know most people think the more i take or the more i stack the better, better the results...Nope, won't be nice to walk around with out a kidney or something... DIET IS KEY....
