as for liquid i drink a hydroxy energy drink and a carbo force right when i get to the gym, i sit at the table and shoot the shit with the guys until i finish my two drinks, i then buy a liter water of either deer park or poland springs, lol, dont ask me why i know what kind of water i guess cause it tastes so much better then the water fountain, lol

then when i get home i drink my ISS protien shake with glutamine and creatine added into it, and sometimes ill have the wife add some fiber to the protien incase i been feeling all bound up,lmao

noticed such a massive difference in workout quality depending on when i eat and what i drink and the time frame. Consuming it just before or in beginning of the workout feels like it gives you second wind later although the muscles have reached failure.

yep timing is everything

where are you getting your supplements

PreWO
Syntha 6 protien by BSN
Endorush - 2 servings BSN
1g Taurine
10g Amino's by Dymatize
During
10g Amino's by Dymatize
PostWO
Syntha 6 protein by BSN

My glucosamine stuff, vit C, fish oil, milk thistle, etc is taken throughout the day. If I have pain somewhere I use DMSO on the spot. It also seems to help with knots from supplements.

Mine is pretty basic. Carb up both meal before work out. Sip on 5g Size On during workout. PWO shake with 50g protein and 75g dextrose.

I take other stuff too, but not pre or post work out, like Milk Thistle, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Multivitamin, etc.

I like to eat about two hours before I train. Its one of my largest meals of the day, usually 1000+ cal. or so. Pre workout I use Jack 3D. And usually drink a gallon of water during my workout. I finish the second gallon which Ive had with me all day by dinner. Post workout Ill drink a shake with 2 scoops of weigt gainer and one scoop of whey protein ends up being 74grams of protein and close to 800cal. 2 hours later I have dinner.

For supplements I take twice a day:
2 Multi Vit.
4000mg vit C
2000mg Calcium/mag
4000mg fish oils
digestive enzymes
and one a day a joint complex MSM, glucosamine, ...

dymatize whey
ON's pro complex

pre workout:

superpump or whatever is laying around lol

during workout:

size on (new formula)
=====================================

ive learned throughout the years supps are a good staple to any diet, but nothing gets the job done like real food

ever since i adjusted my diet and added in more solid meals my gains, strength, and overall feeling is way up

pre workout on the way to the gym, 10 g's lg sciences bcaas and a scoop of whey
during workout 10 g's lg sciences bcaa's
post workout 60g's whey isolate with 12 pixi stix
8grams of fish oil daily
1gram vit c
cycle support by anabolic innovations but im out right now :(

Ive heard great things about spreading 2 tbls of pressers smelly nut butter on your biceps before bed but probably wont try it. Nair and Normalsucks swear by it go figure.

I really need to get my supplements back on track. I was doing well, but lately, not so much. Flintstones vitamins, jack3d, Lean Body shakes... that's about it.

I see alot of you guys consuming alot of fish oil supplements on one hand its good for your health on the other it will hurt your progress in growth. anti-inflammatory properties of fishoil retards that ability. Also that's why i never consume acetaminophen products, stuns growth big time.

got any studies of proof from science on this claim?

Never heard the fish oil one? but have read anti inflammatory's are a big no-no post workout.
As for supps, Creatine pre workout with coffee or redbull. I take Vit.C,E, Magnesium,Zinc, Flaxseed throughout the day and I use American Whey. Getting most of my calories from food right now
