Syntherol shelf life

What is the shelf life for Syntherol once it is begun to be used?
I have two bottles I found today while I was cleaning and I believe they are about 1 year old or so.

How the hell do you lose your supplements,lol, thats crazy and have u tryed starting back up to see if its still any good

The expiration date was 2009, so I did being to use it again on Tuesday.
So far its good.

I have used it before and had success with it.
I would definitely follow the regimen that Big A has outlined-no deviations.
Do a search and you will find it.

Yep it definitely works. But don't just take my word for it..
