Yeah man, protect your SSN like you would your life. A former co-worker of mine got his SSN stolen off of his driver license. If your SSN is on your license change it. Never keep your SSN card in your wallet, and if your wallet or SSN is ever stolen IMMEDIATELY call all three credit bureaus (Equifax,Transunion, and Experian), and tell them what happened. And never order anything off of internet websites that require SSNs. Alot of times fraudelent websites that ask for SSNs will sell shit at unrealistic prices to make themselves more appealing. My former co-workers credit score was pretty much shot after this. He is still seeing the aftereffects of this incident 2 yrs after it happened.
