there are a lot of variables that are not the same. Last year i decided to cut while completely off gear. I went on IGF Instead. Diet was started early and it was super clean. I was running, doing up to an hour of cardio per day. dropped 20lbs in the first month, then another 12 over about 3 months. IGF helped a lot.
This year I've got a late start. I was kicking ass on cardio, but things keep getting in the way. Last week it was the kids, this week sick, in 2 weeks im going on a cruise. So i keep trying to get the cardio in, but its just not at the same level. Diet still isnt in check, wont be on the cruise. Im only taking clen with me on the cruise, but its just a week. Hopefully by then, my shipment will come in and i can decide when im starting my next cycle. Id like to go off for a while, but id also like to loose this gut.
I am taking about 300mgs of test per week right now, plus the t3.
