On their website you should be able to see a "Contact Us" link. Just click that and write them

Thanks.I used that link but wasnt sure if it worked.Many web stores I use have that and I never get a response usually have to email.

Well it's been 11days and still no product.I've sent 4 messages to them now with no response.After the first message my order did update to processing but that was on the 7th and I placed it on the 3rd.Im going on vacation on wed for a couple of weeks so i hope it getshere by then.
