I have really brought up my quads but, I'm still lagging on my teardrops. What Is a good exercise to really fckn fry the shit out of them???? I plan on adding it to my Y3T program so the more brutal the exercise the better....

Feet together on the leg press with your feet NOT very high up the on foot plate will directly hit your tear drop. the range of motion is going to be a lot less but its almost all the tear drop muscle doing the work! It's more of a higher rep exercise than a high weight exercise. Give it a shot.

Oh and rt before you start the set be sure to pull your nuts up or those puppies are going to smashed! Lol

I feel it the most on one legged extensions. I usually do 4 sets of 15-20 reps each leg toes pointed up and a 2 second hold at the top.

If there is one area I don't have to worry about it would be my quads, including my teardrop. I noticed gains after I switched leg extensions to my first leg exercise and exhaust them prior to squats then I finish my quad sets with leg extensions again. Also moving legs lower on the leg press helped a lot.

I like moving my feet on leg extensions. To hit the tear drop I point my toes outward so I feel my abductors and teardrop doing most of the work. Really wrecks your legs:thumbsup:

you know i havent pre-exhausted legs in ages, I use to do that as well bro, with hitting leg extensions first then doing my squats and such, and your right it realy works great especialy for guys who have hit a wall in their training.

Good shit bro!

Thanks, bro. It is great if you plateau but I like them just because I can barely walk down the stairs at them gym after legs. I figured I wasn't getting the results I wanted; why lift 8 plates for 15 reps when I'm fresh and feel like He-Man when doing 6 plates for 15 is much more uncomfortable (after exhausting them) on the quads and less stress on my knees and still get excellent results.

good point about the knees, i need 2 total knee replacements, lol, im falling apart, and wish I hadnt of gone soem heavy in my younger years

I can't imagine not doing leg ext first. Hell it takes me a good 4-5 sets of 15-20 reps (not heavy at all) to get my knees ready for squats or leg presses. My knees haven't ever really bothered me theyjust take a while to loosen up.

Thanx for the great advice mb. I added these yesterday to my already brutal leg day and my teardrops are fckn sore as hell. My quads look so much bigger and fuller than last year it's nuts. Between really killn my legs and MC IGF, They have grown in leaod and bounds!!!!

Squats, hack squats or leg presses with your feet pointed out at a 45 degree angle will hit those tear drops.

Barbell hack squats will murder my teardrops bro, if you've never given these a try they're brutal as you go heavier and heavier
