test cyp question

I am starting my test cyp/m1t cycle and was wondering what the optimal dose of nolvadex to use during the cycle is? enough to controll estrogen but not hinder gains at the same time. My first inj. was 800mg. and was going to do 400mg every 4 days after.

Obviouisly there are many variables and each person responds somewhat differently, however if you're looking for opinions.....
1st, I do not run nolva from the start unless I had problems on the last cycle and even then I delay the nolva until I am 1-2 weeks into the cycle. If you're looking to control bloat, I find arimedex works better in conjunction with the cycle. However when I do run nolva as a precaution I take 1 tab (20mg?) EOD.

I bloat just by looking at Test. I use 10mg ed during a cycle and it is enough to keep the bloat down.
