I ran maybe a year or two ago but I honestly don't remember how much or what really happened with it had a lot of things going on at the time. I'm going to run 80mcg 4 x week, hitting tris 2 days and sub q the other 2. running it wiht hrt 150mg, (dr not my own hrt), lipolyze and maybe some clen. I'm using it mainly for the fullness it gives, and helping with the joints. On a side note i've seen people talk about the increases in strength with it but could that increase come from the strengthening of the tendons?
