Yes it is and while I haven't got the full tren dick like deca dick I have noticed issues when I'm running tren really high like I am right now. Well it's high for me anyway which is 100mg Tren A EOD and 400mg of Tren E Monday and Thursday. If I don't take caber then my hard on will fall off a little while having sex before I blow my load. It doesn't go soft but it doesn't stay a raging boner like normal. It keeps it size and stays hard enough to fuck with but it"s noticeable for sure. When I ran Deca at 1800mg a week it would get too soft to finish with and I upped my test and started caber and it came back to normal. 19nors will do a number on you for sure.
