man, you had me laughing! seriously i'm 5'11" and between 200-205 i think. about the underwear, they are larges so they get all crazy when i walk around because they don't really fit my waist size. smaller ones' don't fit my legs though:rolleyes: . i put up a pics of my legs so y'all can see 'em. the first one is of my legs in may...the next one is as of september.

hey flex what is your routine for back training,It looks really nice and wide and thick...please post your back workout, set and reps would be very helpfully..thanks bro

i rotate between 2 workouts. they look like this:

workout 1:
deads: 2-3 warmup sets going from 10 down to 6 reps. then 1 workset for 6-8 reps
Bent Over DB Rows: 2-3 warmups at 15-18 reps then 1 workset for 10-15 reps. on each rep i try and pull my elbow around my back as hard as i can by squeezing my lat. i don't pull the dumbell up high like a lot of guys, i like to pull it right to my hip bone.

workout 2:
BB Rows: 2-3 warmup sets for 10-15 reps, 1 workset for 8-10 reps. i do these either in the squat rack or in a corner w/ one end of the bar in the corner ronnie/dorian style.
DB pullovers: 2 warmup sets for 10 reps and 1 workset for about 8-10 reps

i do each of these workouts once every eight days.

i feel the 2 most important factors in having a nice wide and thick back are genetics and deadlifts. you basically just have to be the best you can with your gentic shape. i don't think i've done anything really crazy to get where i am, other than lifting hard and eating right. i've always had pretty good shape to my back, here's a pic of me in sepmtember 03 to show where i came from a little over a year ago.

thanks press, i was told that by Vander too when he saw my pics at promuscle. i'm thinking i'll try the ironman next year after i bring my legs up more.
