am curious on your thoughts about using m1t while on a low carb cutting cycle.am considering on doing something more similar to the anabolic diet,where i would keep my carbs around 30grams for six days and load on the seventh day.my plan would be to combine this with a 4 week cycle of m1t,and than continue the diet for an addtional two weeks.i have had great results on a low carb diet in the past but we all no it can have a toll on your muscle mass,my thought is the m1t could help salvage that hard earned muscle. i would use the following sups.
-creatine mixed in water..10gr
-gultimine mixed in water..10gr
-flax oil
-low carb protein mix..
protein intake will be around 250gr per day
-also will use eca stack for energy and curbing those cravings..
any thoughts???
