Well, i do believe I'm gonna take this week off from trainning to let my body heal. Then prob just run a hrt dose for the next month to let my recptors recharge. After that month though, it's balls to the wall. What do you guys think? Sound like a good plan?????

Yep sounds about right, now is the time when your body can realy add some good quality muscle/mass as its ready to soak everything up, so now is a realy good time rest , feed your body and then hit the weights again!
 
That's how I would do it. The biggest thing is to stuff (within reason) yourself with quality food. You can gain a tremendous amount of muscle on the rebound. Careful with the strength increases though.
