Hello everyone,
well despite the lack of warm weather up here right now past experience has shown me that soon, in fact very soon the sun will be shining everyday and the beach will be the place to be which is where my question begins...
I have been doing really well in terms to keeping up with the gym and eating well but the past month or so the diet hasn't been as clean and the gym...well let's just say we're not as close as we once were. I just want to know any tips you guys have for that I NEED to get into that bikini and look great moments.
I want to kick start things, give it a big shake up so any good sources that I could look into, any tips from you guys would be really appreciated. I am just tired of doing the same exercises at the gym mostly, I mean my diet I have a good idea with...what to eat what not to eat mostly I just want to FELL THE BURN
