Thanks bro. I'm pretty good at jumping right back into it and hurting my self again. I'm planning on adding a set of deadlifts each week until I reach 10 sets at 225 for 10 reps then change back to pyramid style of training.Love it when I have to keep from throwing the weights through the roof! Keep up the good work!

The only reason I donne that was cause I was on vacation. I think twice a week is good and I only do the twice a week for 3-4 weeks at a time my knees have seen better days to brother.I'm just wondering how many x a week I can do legs last week I did them Monday and Friday so that's every 4 days I want to grow them but have knee issues so I'm not squating leg ext & curls till end of Jan
That's awesome you get to train with your daughter. Keep us posted on how it goes bro.I'm going to try that for the rest of the Jan and see how it goes I just want to squat because my daughter is there doing it and she busts my balls endless with that old man shit about not squating
