I agree to a degree. I wish it would die but the reality is that the same fame that is causing him all the problems now is the same fame that made him a billionaire. I hate to say it but when you become a celebrity you are selling your privacy.
I kind of agree and disagree. The fame that made him a millionaire came from his proficiency and golf and his charisma as a PGA golfer. The fame that is causing him problems is only related to his personal life which, IMHO, is nobody else's business.
If he was being dragged all over the papers for some outlandish stunt he pulled on the 16th hole, or running over another player with a golf cart, that would be one thing. But I think infidelity in his marriage should be between him, his wife and the Lord. There has to be a line drawn somewhere.
In fact, I'd say that the slimey paparazzi that no doubt camps out by his house hoping for a story are no better for doing that than Tiger is for whatever he has done.
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Not to bring up scripture, but people these days are quick to judge, criticize, talk trash and tear apart another person's life without ever taking into consideration their own shortcomings. I'd be willing to bet that there's a news anchor somewhere, that has cheated on his/her spouse and has slandered Tiger while on the air like they were a saint.
I think any repercussions he will have to face with his wife will be more than enough. He doesn't need to have the whole world telling him what a bad person he is. Not that I agree with what he did at all, but in a way I kind of feel bad for the guy. I mean really, whose life is so boring that in order to make it exciting they have to bash someone they have never and will never meet because he did something that thousands of people do everyday. Jeez, let it go.
