I thought about buying the fat burner from Synthetek that used to contain ephedra and taking it and just add in the Primatene pills to it to make the old combination. Any thoughts on that?

It is called Syntheburn.

Not sure about the syntheburn, but the primatene, caffeine, aspirin is great. I used it quite a few times when I was dragging ass and it picked me up

I get the generic Primatene at my local Walgreens and it works out to 90 25mg pills for about $16.
