I'm currently 58 years old, and my metabolism has slowed way down. I'm looking for your advice on dosing Retrutitride. Some say one milligram a week is perfectly fine. Others say I should be running six milligrams a week. I know the truth sometimes is somewhere in the middle. What do you guys recommend I do in this situation? I'm looking to boost my metabolism and lose some weight. I'm around 285 pounds.

Hi @bisleod

Your Reta starting dose for your first month - 2mg/week
Early escalation: 2nd month - 4mg/week
Middle escalation: 3rd month - 6mg/week
Late escalation: 4th month - 9mg/week
Maintenance: 5th month plus - 12mg/ week.

You can check out UPsteroid for Reta and use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount on all orders.

Regards.

You're not going to go wrong with retatrutide. Make sure you start at 1-2 mg the first four weeks; then you can gradually start increasing it.

Bros, I think you can start at 2 mg, work your way up to 3 mg, then go up to 4 or 5 mg. I would not go any higher in your situation.

You want to start on the lower end because you may deal with a lot of side effects and you're going to have a tough time with it. You have to start adjusting things.

Retatrutide is definitely the GOAT; there is no better fat loss option out there. Start at 1.5 mg the first four weeks then gradually increase it by 0.5 mg until you get to 3 mg total.
