Sounds like a good problem. LOL. I am taking this week off for a recovery week. I already missed the first part of the week being gone to a conference and I had to go to the doc for an ear infection today. I also don't go nuts on thanksgiving. I love ham and usually just eat a little of that and some macaroni. Fried turkey tastes good but I just assume not even eat if it is baked.

I know I'm training the day before and hopefully on T day... And yeah, I hate the feeling of eating bad in the middle of the week and not training... and I'll prolly eat just protein stuff and not fatty

My gym is open 8-Noon, So I am going to hit it hard to make it so I can eat more turkey and "other" things.

screw skipping a leg day... My gym is open from 8am to 2pm. I can get there and back before the wife is even out of bed.

and i feel sorry that everyone has to watch our f-ed up football team play on thanksgiving. I have no idea why the worst team in known history pays every day one holiday a year, but go figure.

yeah I'll probaby go and do cardio or something...Im so programed now about doing cardio and such that It doesnt feel right if I dont...I might start training again...Depends on how I feel

Of course... holidays aren't reasons to miss the gym!! Especially when you're planning to eat lots. Thankfully I'm just staying home and relaxing so I don't have to worry about gaining 10lbs in 2 hours, but even if I wasn't, I'd be training. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't.

The gym that Chris and I workout at is a 24 hr gym. Hell yeah I'm lifting on T-day. Can't skip legs. Hell, I have lifted the last 4 years on christmas day!!!! No rest for the wicked...:satan:

after dinner, im opening up my gym at 5 or 6
to do shoulders

ill be VERY strong after all that food, so im gonna seize the opp to get a good one in.
if anyone is from centeral jersey PM me for location!!

I'm training today and then planning on relaxing and eating a lot on Thanksgiving.
