Training video with Bsm and Nuknuk

Nuknuk and myself will be doing a training video of an arms session tomorrow. I look forward to working with the master of arms. Will get you guys the video as soon as I can. Look forward to using some of the different things at his gym as well. Always like training at other gyms to be able to change it up! Look for something tomorrow night.

well we did train. I did the best I could, being havent lifted in 10 days from being sick. Also did posing, and was very impressed with bsm as he is ahead of the game even a 13 1/2 weeks out. Skin is thin in shoulders and arms, veiny, and outside teardrops are looking featherd already. Damn Im good, lol! He will be hard to beat, I can promise you that for novice. Of course I do have a middle weight novice that will be tough also. Looking foward to them going head to head in the novice overall.
 
Nuknuk is being modest. He is still a beast after a week of the flu! Will post the videos here and get them on the video forum as well. There are a few of them because my phone breaks them into clips.

Great vids guys, now did you guys do this in order the vids were posted. If it wouldn't be too much to ask, would you post exercises with how many sets of each you guys did. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.
 
Yes nuknuk's gym is a high class fancy one. Yes those exercises were pretty much in order. We didn't video the first couple tricep exercises which was underhand grip tricep pressdowns and then machine dips. Some things we did 10 reps. Most were 15 reps or so. I don't have it logged because it was not my normal routine. I wanted to hit some different things since I was in a new environment. It is great to change it up from time to time.
 
Whats your guys thoughts on the tricep kickbacks with momentum?? Do you find they add strength or size or both??

I need a new tricep exercise, with a partial tear on one side, I can't do strict motions like pressdowns or skullcrushers, but especially in strongman we encourage use of momentum..What do you guys prefer these for, never done those heavy and swinging like, but am curious if I want to implement those for myself.
 
Thanks for the info, I tried most of this last night and got a great pump. Its always nice to switch things up and confuse the muscles. Keep us updated on new vids too.
 
Will do for sure. As for the momentum of the kick back. It will allow you to get a little heavier. But I still feel if you are getting a great pump then the muscle will have no choice but to grow.
