* TEAM USP Rest & Recovery Log

* Rest day on paper, never in execution.

• 0430 came quickly. Got a deep sore this morning. Sure as hell didn't want to get up. Mr Ash wanted up too, but he went straight to my side of the bed snuggling with Amanda.

Put on the science officers robe. Got to have my headlamp now. Do my perimeter sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 6 eggs this morning.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up in the legs/ back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Stink bug walking hands back to standing was really good on the hamstrings. Really needed that. Finished off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day. legs are very sore this morning. As executed now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 9 stalled with 25lb plate. I took a minute and got 5 more then did partials to the point I couldn't move up an inch.

* I started doing what I call Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground (pronation). 20lbs. Start bent 20%. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down 100% as you curl up to 80% high or so. As you go back down, extending as you go back down. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freaky forearms.

* tossed in a set of 3 x 25 lbs preacher curls with dumbbells. Get a good solid pump. As the Creeper curl is more of a forearms movement.

🔥TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
09/06/2026

• MEN’S OPEN & MEN’S PHYSIQUE — TOP UPDATES

• Martin Fitzwater — 16 Days Out Conditioning Surge
Fitzwater dropped a brutal update showing rounder, deeply‑striated legs and massive rear delts. He’s two pounds lighter than last year but clearly added lean tissue. Analysts now tag him as a dark horse top‑3 threat if front‑runners slip.

• Derek Lunsford — Final Heavy Lower‑Body Session Before Vegas
The reigning champ released his last heavy leg‑day footage before flying to Las Vegas. He publicly shut down Andrew Jacked’s trash talk, stating flatly that Jacked will not be taking his title this year.

• Ryan Terry — Men’s Physique 2‑Weeks‑Out Check‑In
Terry looks razor‑dense and crisp as he aims for his fourth consecutive Men’s Physique Olympia title. His latest update shows textbook V‑taper and championship‑level conditioning.

• ROSTER SHIFTS & DROPOUTS

• Official 2026 Olympia Competitor List Finalized
The IFBB Pro League has locked the final roster. Several divisions show late‑stage reshuffling, with notable absences and last‑minute athlete pivots.

🔥 SAMSON DAUDA — 2026 OLYMPIA FEVER PITCH

• Samson Dauda — Surging Hype + Structural Advantage
With roster shifts clearing the path for aesthetics and mass dominance, Samson’s momentum is exploding. Veterans — including Sergio Oliva Jr. — are calling him the likely 2026 Mr. Olympia winner.

• Mass‑Monster Strategy (350+ lbs Offseason)
Samson abandoned the downsized 2025 look and returned to full monster mode.
◦ Offseason peak: 350+ lbs
◦ Current look: Re‑engineered delts, chest, outer quad sweep
◦ Outcome: Maintained fullness while carving down into elite lines

• Europa Pro Test Run — 11 Days Before Olympia
Samson will step on stage early at the Europa Pro to test dryness, fullness, and carb‑load timing under real stage lighting. This is the most aggressive peak‑week strategy of the season.

• ADDITIONAL STORIES

• Andrew Jacked — Escalating Prep Intensity
Jacked continues pushing high‑volume back and leg sessions while escalating media pressure on Lunsford. His physique updates show sharper midsection control than earlier in the season.

• Men’s Physique International Surges
Multiple international athletes are posting late‑stage updates showing unexpected conditioning jumps. This may reshuffle the lower half of the Vegas lineup.

• Classic Physique Quiet Storm
Several Classic contenders are withholding updates, signaling strategic silence. Dino remains the division’s center of gravity.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
The energy around the 2026 Olympia is shifting fast. Fitzwater is the sleeper. Derek is locked in with leg improvement. Terry looks unbeatable. Samson is the storyline. And the Europa Pro test run is the most dangerous — and potentially the most genius move of the entire season.
*The Olympia will be a free live stream this year!
