i'm with Harvey on this lean gains most def and fat loss too i dropped alot of BF on this cycle i would gauge it at about 1 years worth of training in 2 months
also my strength went up 30 pounds on bench press alone not alot i know but what it did for my physique was more of what i was after, put it this way people didnt recognize me afterwards.....
