if you have alot of bodyfat 18%+ you really wont lose that much muslce if any. your body will take the fat because theres alot of it.
however, if you want to be on the sauce, for your size i would prefer test. they both preserve muscle while dieting(maybe and hopefully adding some). test is alot cheaper, your girl will thank you , winny can prevent you from going heavy(kills joints), and test is easier on the liver, prostate, skin, and hairline. i do however recommend winny if you ever get under 12%. it make you look hard and ripped. This is a quote from a friend of mine that I emailed about a cycle including Winny. I never said it wouldn't add SOME lean muscle mass, just that it wouldn't really help. Anyway, I don't know that much about it but this guy does. I know him personally and he is 5'7" 215lbs cut. I figured I would just diet and do cardio and ECA along with some Tren and stuff. Just wanted a good cycle to fit me. Needed to know if it was a good idea to run both test and tren enanthate and at what dose. Also wanted to know if there was a better stack than this for my size. Again, I am not fat, just can't see the abs.
