Hey whats up guys, I need a lifting program, i want to get lean and built like Justin Tuck, if you dont know who that is he plays for the New York Football Giants...I am male with a wierd body shape (pear/endomorph) im basically looking to increase my upper body mass (wider shoulders and chest)...Im also looking to get rid of the fat on my legs, they look abnormal to me. Im starting to get into bike riding, not only is it great cardio but it helps thin the thighs and hips...

Does anyone know the type of workout Justin Tuck does, or something similar to it, i would love to know.

Im also looking to join a gym. There's a gym called Diesel gym located a few minutes from my house (basically jogging distance). I was wondering if anyone knows much about it. Im going to check it out sometime next week...

Ht 6'4
Wt 265

Im also looking to do this because i want to get into semi pro football, i need to be in shape for it...

Also does anyone reccommend some non extreme supplements, mainly something with alot of b vitamins...

Hope this helps, i need to lean up before summer, that's when i believe the tryouts are...i also need a great diet...As you may see my thighs are huge, i believe most of it is fat, especially underneath, also the third pic i have a big bum lol, i need help, oh yeah also man boobs

Honestly, at this point, I would recommend something like P90X or some type of cardio/circuit training to help lean you out while adding some muscle tone at the same time. Lifting weights will only make things look bigger at this point so you need to lean out, but if you haven't really been lifting then you'll want to train at the same time to add some musculature to your physique. And since you're on a time table, I don't think you'll have much time to completely cut the weight then start building so I think maybe like a bootcamp style training would do you good and you'd see reults rather quickly

Yeah i was actually thinking about this p90x, ive heard so much about it...thanx

Not buying P90x after seeing footage of basic NFL workouts for linemen. Shit even college workouts are brutal!

I recall Jamarcus Russell going down south, I think Arizona, to work with a guy/camp that rehabilitates fat, out of shape, and drug dependant athletes. Can't remember the name but apparently Russel has dropped quite a bit of weight and is much stronger these days...

P90x for a football athlete would be about as useful as training with Richard Simmons.
