I am type 2 as well and can tell you that I have found it difficult to add the size that I want do to not being able to eat enough. If I eat carbs, my BS goes nuclear, if I eat to much protein, it spills over in my kidneys. I Have been on HRT for 15 years and I give it all the credit for me keeping the muscles that I have currently.
I have decided that since I cannot get as big as I want, I will just get a shredded as I can. I am 55, 240 lbs and 6'3". I am going to bump up my test to 400mg a week and 150 of deca just to help with my joints. I may not add anything else and just run this for the next 20 weeks. I will let you know how it works out.
