Well for one thing I gained 14 pounds in ten days on prednisone. I also started doing some cardio today and my legs are cramping like crazy. I did a half mile on 10 degrees incline at 4.4 and my heartrate was 150ish. I ran at like 7 mph for the other half and burned half the calories on a zero incline. My calves feel like they are about to explode still. LOL. I am also doing the P90x get ripped in ninety days thing minus the yoga and kempo with 30 minutes of cardio. Anyways can you believe 14 pounds in ten days. If you think dbol is bad consider that one. LOL. I promise I will post some post cycle pics soon. Just give me a little while to drain myself. LOL

I thought prednisone was a catabalic steroid.

Stryker

Indirectly, yes. It is a corticosteroid that can cause an increase in cortisol if used long term which if left unchecked can cause Cushing's syndrome.

JT I got the P90X program last week and will start in 3 weeks once I am better after a lung infection.
How do you like it??

Im off the prednisone by the way and have already dropped 3 pounds. Yep Cushings is no doubt a danger especially when my internal med. doc gives it to me every three months. I like the p90x for cutting but make sure you take in tons of carbs or you are gonna lose mass. I personally do not do the yoga. Its takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. I use to do the kempo but haven't started it yet as I have been taking weekends off. I am only on my second week but I must say it is tough tough tough. I did the chest and shoulders workout yesterday and did 245 pushups during the workout. The plyo is also hell. You will lose weight, you will be sore, and you will see results. Just make sure to take in tons of carbs and protein. I actually bought it for my wife. I just thought Id give it a shot and maybe even try to win some money in the contests they have each month. Ya' never know.

I'd expect to have some sore joints after coming off of prednisone. Be careful not to overdo your training.
