On a serious note, I think the idea of switching protein brands may be right on. I read a very funny story on another board. To make a long story short, changing brands changed his life.
I try A broad range of proteins just to get the full spectrum, ever seen veil, or corn beef? I want my muscle to be quality not just based on one primary protein.
I like Schwartzlabs Pro-Whey Concentrate, and I'm not just saying that because they are a sponsor, blended in a shake its one of the best tasting protein sups I've had.
Tony Kemp does have a point with the redmeat. I'm mainly on a diet of fish(fresh salmon and canned tuna), poultry and obviously protein powder. I do notice after I have a steak dinner, the windows in the car definately need to be open... my girl won't even allow me in the house.
Yeah that's what I got fresh ginger root, I just shave off some slivers and take em with my high protein. I think the fresh is better because I'm sure the active compounds (I think they are called flavonoids) become less potent when dried and gel caped and sit on a shelf ect.
OK, here is what has wokred for me. 1 Ginger ROOT EXCTRACT(must be the ginger ROOT) and 2 or 3 chewable papaya enzymes made by NOW- orange label. I take this after every meal or shake and helps 200%. All the supps can be found for cheap, at any health food store. No bloating gas or uneast stomch from ANY food eatin'
