I forgot about this one. I was watching the ultimate fighter and would have watched this if I thought about it. I can't believe he lost, but mma is one of those sports where you never know. It seems when guys go on streaks like he was they always get a little over confident in their ability to avoid submissions. Pride is the greatest enemy of mankind in general. I really like Faber, he seems like an amazing athlete and a good guy all around. Hope this is his last loss for some time. I was also hoping he would go up to 155, but how well he would do I just don't know. Griffin was his only other loss and Sherk beat him, so just something to think about.

I watched this Monday night. Versus will replay it again I promise you. Faber just simply got caught.

The thing is the way Faber fights is very dangerous. He turns his back to opponents and sometimes puts himself in bad positions. Majority of the time he prevails. But he was simply caught this time around. If the elbow he was in the middle of throwing landed before he was hit rest assure he would have knocked him out right there
