First off they claim to do domestic shipping. They are liars. My package has a postmark from Romania.
That was the first red flag. The second red flag is when I opened it up, they had sent me something completely different than what I ordered. The products themselves were what I wanted but the brands that they shipped me were not. When I messaged them, the guy told me they were out of stock and that's why they shipped me the different brand. They should have notified me because I would have canceled the order. After I told him that, he said, "Sorry, they don't do refunds." What a joke.
