I was talking to a close friend about my next cycle. He mentioned something about running var in addition to, instead of dropping it off. Something about it being beneficial to my blood plasma levels?
I was doing 20 things at once at the time and now I'm curious! I tried doing some research on my own, even searching through MC and I couldn't really find anything that was specific? Maybe I wasnt diligent enough!
Any insight?
