I usually get up around 6:30 or so and get ready for work in a hurry, but decided to wake up round 5:30 now and walk around our neighborhood for 30 mins each morning. I broke my ankle in 6 places about 6 years ago so its kind of hard for me to do any running so I decided to start walking. My job is pretty hecktic and don't have much relaxing time once I get home. I have to say that it is very enjoyable and relaxing to get up and walk early with no cars on the road, no neighbors up and about, and its just me and my dog. I've always heard that walking is some of the best exercise for losing body fat, im hoping to see some results in the next couple weeks.

When prepping for a show I never run cause it shrinks my legs.
I usually power walk on an incline post workout and in the am

So for me , yes, I drop weight walking

I love a good walk, clears the mind. I saw Cedric make some type of sled that he attaches to a back pack and throws a plate on there and pulls it like a damn mule.

I'm walking now to burn fat. I'm at 4mph on a 10 degree incline for 10 minutes and then I jump off and kick the shit out a heavy bag for 5 minutes then back on the tread for another 10. So far it's been working really well.

First thing in the morning should be a good kick start for your metabolisim. I love the quiet outside that early. Probably just
as good mentally for you as physically.

You should get a double ended bag. About the size of a basketball down to a tennis ball but attached top AND bottom with bungee cords.
