Wanted to do a Bicep Injection....

I was planning on doing some bicep injctions with oil etc down the road so I figured my latest water based inj at only .75cc would be a nice warmup to those possibly coming down the pike. I figured hey, there was a time where I wouldn't have injected my pec and I actually liked those pretty quickly. So I went to shoot with a slin pin tonight and sure enough I put the pin in and my bicep does this flinching thing only stronger and more forceful. Was going for an inner head shot. Anybody have any tips besides looking at spotinjects.com etc.? The pics are OK, but anecdotal evidence is best imo. Any and all input appreciated.

I find that no matter what, I get swelling and redness. My body just does not like oil in my biceps. But I say flex, look where the peak is, relax, and pin.

That's common. The bicep is a relatively smaller muscle in the body and reacts to the BA in the solution.

Nice, thanks for the tip, I also will try outer head next time.
Thanks!
I also noticed, anyone else see this: On spotinjections the one guy is hitting his inner head with his arm bent beyond 90 degrees.... Anyone think this will help? Doesn't seem right to me.

It helps me to have my forearm resting on something. My arm being bent doesn't really make that much of a difference, just as long as my muscle is nice and relaxed.

I actually dont mind the outer head. If im on prop and looking for somewhere to hit, i think those are #2 after delts. There pretty painless.
