Try to drink enough to where your piss is almost clear and does not have strong odor -- for me that's 1.5-2 gals a day sometimes more if I'm working outside in the heat....
Back to the water, when you do drink you water... do you feel that you piss the water you just drank!!! i been drinking a lot of water maybe 1.5 gallons but when ever i take swig i feel im pissing the water i just drank like 15-20 min ago? is this normal?
When you increase your water intake, your body does suddenly "have to go" many times at first, but then your body accomodates to the increased water supply--if you are consistent with it--and then you start to go less frequently but with increased volume.
