Here's my dilema. I weighed in yesterday at 192. That means I gained 10lb on my cutter. I have slacked for about a week, feeling like shit but ready to hit it again. I can't beleive that this is fat, but thats also a hell of alot of water. I'm in wk 8 or 9 eq at 750 ish. I have heard that some experience water retention at high doses of eq. Carbs have been higher, do to trying to fight of this sick lethargic feeling, but I now have them at 100-80 range. I look smoother, so I beleive some of the weight is defentily water. Anyone have any expereince with OTC diretics? What do you recommend
