Yea I know but ive done a clean diet before but got lazy I refuse to be bloated so it'd back to egg whites raw nuts grilled chicken grilled tilapia low and sodium turkey for the next few weeks... anti-estro is like letrozole. And if you are already holding water then nolva-bloat is ur best option, if your starting out and want to prevent the water bloat from happening due to progesterone induced water retention the the others are best as they stop the conversion before it starts, while nolva-bloat helps rid the water you already have

I never thought it hindered gains like some poeple say it does, and i speak from experience. I would say yes you just lost the water bro but its not going to stop you from gaining especialy at 150mg eod of propionate, thats a nice dosage!
